CX Cable Gland
Brass for internal or external use with metal braided cable, with outer seal giving moisture proof protection, to BS6121 (where applicable).
Can be supplied with shroud, Locknut and Earth Tag if required.
Not B.A.S.E.E.F.A. approved. For flameproof refer to EIXF
S denotes small cable entry size
Brass and aluminium are not compatible metals and contact between them can result in electrolysis action, therefore precautions must be taken when connecting Brass Glands to Aluminium enclosures or to the Aluminium armouring of cables.
