DESCRIPTION:
Circular 1-pair, 0.75mm² Flex Plain Copper, XLPE Insulated, Collective Al/Pol Screened,
HFLSF Sheathed, BS 5308: Part 1, Type 1, a.f.a.a.

CONDUCTORS:
0.75mm² plain annealed copper bunch meeting the requirements of BS EN 60228, class 5.

INSULATION:
Type GP 8 XLPE meeting the requirements of BS 7655.
Nominal radial thickness = 0.6mm.

LAY UP:
One Black and one Blue core.

SCREEN:
Aluminium/Polyester laminated tape, incorporating a 0.5mm² (16/0.2mm) tinned copper drain wire.

SHEATH:
Halogen free, low smoke and fume compound to BS 7655.
Nominal overall diameter = 6.45mm.

Not suitable for connection to low impedance source, e.g. mains voltage.
Maximum working voltage: 300/500V ac rms.
Test voltage: 1000V ac rms. between conductors and between conductors and screen.

Minimum ambient temperature: -15°C after installation and only when cable is in fixed position.
Maximum conductor d. c. resistance at 20°C: 26.0Ω/km.
Minimum insulation resistance: 5GΩ.km at 20°C

Sheath oxygen index: >30.
Resistance to vertical flame propagation: passes BS EN 60332.
