2491B / 6701B Cable

The 2491B LSHF and 6701B LSHF flexible cable are used in panel, conduit and general fixed wiring applications where there is a requirement for flexibility during installation and in the event of fire, a need to minimise the risk from smoke and toxic fumes but where circuit integrity is not required. Not suitable for wet or immersed applications.

The cable is designed, manufactured and tested according to UNE 211002.

Cable Characteristics:

• Nominal voltage : 450 / 750 V
• Minimum service temperature : 5^oC
• Maximum conductor temperature : 70^oC
• Maximum short circuit temperature : 160^oC
• Minimum bending radius : 5 x cable ø
• No fire propogation : according to EN 50266, IEC 60332-3
• Halogen free1 : HCI content < 0.5%; Ph > 4.3; conductivity <10 mS/mm
• Smoke density2: light transmittance > 60%

Conductor - electrolytic annealed copper conductor, flexible class 5 according to IEC 60228

Insulation - polyolefine insulation, halogen free and low smoke under fire conditions, type TIZ1 according to UNE 211002.

Cable insulation colours available in : Black (RAL 9011), Red (RAL 3000), Brown (RAL 8002), Blue (RAL 5015), Grey (RAL 7046), Green / Yellow (RAL 6028 / 1021).
